Pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), this page outlines how the personal data of users visiting our web pages available online at the following address: www.proaudioconstruction.com will be processed. The recipients of the data collected as a result of visiting the websites listed above are the following persons appointed by “Proaudio Srl”, pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation, as persons in charge of processing.
The Space Srl as a provider of services for the development and maintenance of online platforms; The Space Srl, in relation to this website, as provider of services for the development, supply and operational management of the technological platforms used. The personal data collected is also processed by the staff of “Proaudio Srl”, who work under specific instructions as to the purposes and methods of processing.

Rights of data subjects

You have the right to ask the data controller to delete (if any, the right to be forgotten), limit, update, rectify, transfer, oppose the processing of your personal data, and in general you can exercise all the rights provided for in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the GDPR, where applicable for the purposes of data processing.

Right to complain
